1. CNC PROGRAMMER
Consolidated Casting Corporation is one of the finest and most diversified ferrous IC Companies in the world with an extensive CNC machining department. A relocation allowance and/or sign-on bonus will be considered.
Qualifications:

Must have minimum 5 years experience with CNC machining and programming, operate CNC machining equipment, including set- up, adjustment, and tool change to produce parts of moderate to high complexity and to documented drawing specifications. |

Understand and manipulate Fanuc, Mitsubishi, G.E. CNC and MAZATROL controls with confidence, have knowledge of machining speeds and the ability to write and edit programming functions. |

Must be self starter, able to work independently, be detail-oriented and have a sense of urgency. Leadership abilities a definite plus. |
2. INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Qualifications:

Strong mechanical background with hydraulic, pneumatic and STRONG ELECTRICAL experience |
| • |
Trouble shooting skills |
| • |
Steel investment casting foundry experience very valuable and definite plus |
| • |
Experience in manufacturing environment with CNC machining, robotic welding and assembly a definite plus |
| • |
Perform work safely, effectively and expeditiously in order to avoid unnecessary downtime of machines |
| • |
Must be able to work weekends when required |
| • |
Must be available to call-in when necessary |
| • |
Open to working off-shifts if necessary |
| • |
Steady work history. |
