Consolidated Casting Corporation was established in 1966 in Dallas, Texas. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified custom manufacturer of precision investment castings made from materials including carbon and low steel alloys, austenitic, duplex and martensitic (hardenable) stainless steels, tool steels and cobalt base alloys. In-house capabilities include pro-active design engineering, prototyping services, tooling, machining, investment casting from 1/4 ounce to 150 pounds per piece, lab and testing facilities, CAD/CAM and CNC machining and CNC welding and assembly. Additional services such as painting, bar coding, VMI, EDI, LCC outsourcing and commodity management programs are also available.
